2025/26 Nelson Cricket Awards

Celebrating excellence at the 2025/26 Nelson Cricket Annual Awards

Nelson Cricket proudly celebrated another outstanding season at the 2025/26 Nelson Cricket Annual Awards, held on 21 April 2026 at the Saxton Oval Pavilion.

With an exceptional turnout from across the cricketing community, the evening provided an opportunity to reflect on another successful season while recognising the individuals, teams, and volunteers who made it possible.

From youth cricket through to senior representative honours, the awards evening showcased the depth of talent, commitment, and passion that continues to drive cricket forward across the region.

“The annual awards are a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the past season and acknowledge the tremendous amount of work that goes into making cricket happen in Nelson,” said Nelson Cricket General Manager, Jake Inwood.

“In addition to that, we are proud to recognise the teams and individuals who have performed exceptionally throughout the 2025/26 season. The strength of our cricket community continues to grow, and this evening is an important part of celebrating that success.”

A major highlight of the evening was the presentation of the prestigious President’s Cup to Kelvin Scoble, recognising his outstanding contribution to Nelson Cricket over many, many years.
